Sixty-five (65) West of the 6th P.M. , and the Southeast corner of Lot 8 of

Thence extending north on a line between Lots 4 and 3 of said Northeast

ROAD PETITION .
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen: -
We, the undersinned, Citizens and Freeholders of your county, respec
tfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County
wagon toad and highway to be laid out as follows, to-wit: -
Correncing at the Southwest corner of Lot 4 of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of section Nine (9 ) Township Five ( 5)
North of Range Sixty-five ( 65) West of the 6th P. M. , and the Southeast
corner of Lot 8 of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
said section 9 aforesaid; Thence extending north on a line between
lots 4 and 3 of said Notheast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
said section 9 and Lots 8 and I of the Northwest quarter of Le North-
west quarter of said secion 9 aforesaid, and also exteding port* on the
line between Lot 3 of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of section 6 Tp. 5 N. R. 65 W. , and Lot 4 of the Southwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter of said section 4, to a point 700 feet north of
carton corner of Lots 3 and 4 of the Northeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of said section 9 aforesaid and tots I and 8 of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said section 9 afore-

right of way through our lands as shown by the aecorpanying plat
annexed to this petition, and relinquish all claims for damages by
reason thereof.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentleren: -
We, the undersigned, citizens and frekolders of you county respect-
full represent that the necessities of the public require the cnanglrg
and alteration of a certain established road and i:ighway of said
county, by discontinuing and vacating the sare, and your petitioners
represent andrequest that so ruck of said road as is shown upon the
annexed rap be discontinued and vacated, to-wit:-
That portion of a public road and highway situate in the Nortkwed,
quarter of section Nine (9 ) Township Five ( 5) North of Range Sixtyfive
( 65) West of the 6th P. M. , described as follows to-wit: - Correncing
at the Southwest corner of Lot 5 of the Nottk west quarter of the
Northwest quarter of said section 9, and the Northwest corner of Lot 4
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said section 9
aforesakd' thence running east between Lots 5, 6 and 7 of said Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said section 9; and Lots 4, 3 and 2
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said section 9
aforesaid; which, portion of said road hereby requested to he vacated
and discontinued is indicated by two red line5upon the annexed rap, and
being the full statutory width of 60 feet.
Your petitioners further show that they and each of tier eside
Within two riles of said road hereby sought to be ckanged, altered,
vactaed and discontinued.
