RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, COZ20-0002, FROM THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE 1-2 (MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL) ZONE
DISTRICT - SCOTT AND LYNN LARAMORE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Change of Zone, COZ20-0002, from
the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the 1-2 (Medium Industrial) Zone District for Scott and Lynn
Laramore, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 20th day of May, 2020, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to June 17, 2020, to allow the
applicant's representative, Kris Pickett, JPK Consulting, LLC, to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter, be, and hereby is, continued to June 17,
2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of May, A.D., 2020.
