The mileage zone is based on the distance from the Weld
County Sheriff's Office Law Administration Building to the

! the Civil paperwork, and will only be charged once

actually driven .

accordance with the County -wide cost allocation plan per
Federal OMB -87 methodologies.
Constituents shall deposit the estimated amount of the
costs prior to assistance. The County will draw upon it
based on the standard hourly rate for each staff providing
the review, oversight or assistance.

I guess we only have one correction; sorry I completely missed that one on my original submission.
Appendix 5-D, line 23: a CCW new application is only $52.50 for the CBI and FBI fingerprint clearance, rather than
$100. The renewal, late, name change, and lost/stolen fees stay the same.
