The Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company ( "FRICO" ) has reviewed the proposed
realignment of the West Neres Canal within the W2NE4 of Section 26, T3N , R65W, and is
satisfied with the revisions to the Overall Site Plan , attached .
FRICO has no objection to the proposed location and may continue with their request for the
Use by Special Review Permit.
