RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE
BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR19-0072, FOR A CAMPGROUND (TO
ACCOMMODATE UP TO 80 RVS) FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS OR LESS PER
CALENDAR YEAR IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - JAMES AND
BETTIE MILLER, C/O H. JAMES MILLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 1st day of
April, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of James and Bettie Miller, 39820 CR 19, Ft. Collins, Colorado 80524,
do H. James Miller, 309 S. Link Ln., Ft. Collins, Colorado 80524, fora Site Specific Development
Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR19-0072, for a campground (to accommodate up to
80 RVs) for a period of six (6) months or less per calendar year in the A (Agricultural) Zone District
on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption, RE-2549; being part
of the W1/2 NE1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, because of the COVID-19 event and to protect the health, safety, and welfare
of the general public, the Board, deemed it advisable to continue the matter to May 13, 2020, at
10:00 a.m.
WHEREAS, on May 13, 2020, the Board, having been fully informed, finds that this matter
should be continued to May 27, 2020, to allow the matter to be heard by the Planning Commission
on May 19, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 27,
2020, to allow the matter to be heard by the Planning Commission on May 19, 2020.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
