Support. Five (5) bids were received ranging from $206,536.49 to $222,042.18.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro, Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $206,536.49 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2000084 Cisco
Maintenance and Support to Zivaro, Inc. for a total amount of $206,536.49.
