The Weld County Department of Human Services (WCDHS) has completed its review of the ten (10) bid
responses received through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for bid number B2000079 (Older
Americans Act In -Home Services Program). Of the ten (10), we request approval to enter into contracts with
the nine (9) vendors noted below:
1. Altitude Home Care
2. Andrea's Angels, Inc.
