The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the lowest bidder with options included which
is 4 Rivers Equipment, for one, 20 -Ton Single Drum Vibratory Roller at a cost of $185,800.00. We would like
Option #1 (One Complete Set of Manuals) which is included in the base price and Option #2 (GPS System) at
no additional charge.
There is $190,000 budgeted for this purchase.
