Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Northwest Quarter; Thence along the North line of said Northwest Quarter West 658. 17 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Thence continuing along said North line west 637 . 69 feet to the Easterly right of way line of that certain Parcel of land described in Deed to Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company recorded under Reception Number 167616, records of said County. Thence along said Easterly right of way line South 9°24 ' 00" West 139. 02 feet more or less to the West line of the East Half of said Northwest Quarter; Thence along said West line South 0°55 ' 50" West 1, 185. 23 feet to the South line of the North Half of said East Half; Thence along said South line South 89°56 ' 48" East 658. 12 feet to the East line of the West Half of said East Half; Thence along said East line North 0°55 ' 58" East 1 ,323 . 02 feet more or less to the True Point of Beginning. The above described Parcel contains a gross acreage of 19. 95 Acres more or less.
