RESOLUTION
DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1055-21-2-RE113
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 65 WEST, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, SECTION 21
Part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter
WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 1055-21-2-RE113 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County, Colorado .
Said division of land determined to be exempt
from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Northwest Quarter;
Thence along the North line of said Northwest Quarter West
658. 17 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Thence continuing along said North line west 637 . 69 feet to
the Easterly right of way line of that certain Parcel of land
described in Deed to Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company
recorded under Reception Number 167616, records of said
County.
Thence along said Easterly right of way line South 9°24 ' 00"
West 139. 02 feet more or less to the West line of the East
Half of said Northwest Quarter;
Thence along said West line South 0°55 ' 50" West 1, 185. 23 feet
to the South line of the North Half of said East Half;
Thence along said South line South 89°56 ' 48" East 658. 12 feet
to the East line of the West Half of said East Half;
Thence along said East line North 0°55 ' 58" East 1 ,323 . 02 feet
more or less to the True Point of Beginning.
The above described Parcel contains a gross acreage of
19. 95 Acres more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a
division of land determined to be exempt from the definition
of Subdivision No. 1055-21-2-RE113 , for recording .
The above and foregoing resolution was , on
