The Court Ravin; entered an order dated May 5, 1970,
in which the Court directs the Clerk to make three certified
copies of the petition for creation of a subdistrict of Northce
Colorado Water Conservancy District, incjudir the signature:;
thereto, and to moil such copies to she County Treasurers o_'
Boulder, Isarimer and Well Counties , State of Colorado, with
such direct, � ., as were to be-thereafter c;ta li shed by order

of this Court; and

be given to said Coaty Treasurers in order to help the Cour
resolve the issues property ownership and assessed valuesi o„_,
raised in or incidental to the petit:...ons as filed herein ; and
The Court having considered the applicable previsions
and the petition filed herein ,
of the statutes , DOTH ORDER :
1 . The Clerk of this Court shall send a certifiel
copy of the petition for the creation of . the subdistrict to
the County Treasurers of Boulder, Larimer and Weld Counties ,
said certified copy to include only the signatures of the
property owners in the respective county. That is to say, the
Clerk of this Court shall send a certified copy of the petition
and. the signatures of the sinners thereof in Boulder County,
namely, Boulder, Boulder Valley Water and Sanitation District
and Longmont, to the County Treasurer of Boulder County.

Likewise, the Clerk of the Court shall send a certified (gig;

thereof in Larimer County, namely, Estes Park, Loveland, Pert
Collins and the La Porte Water and Sanitation District to t: r
