Dear Mr. Schuyler,
Relative to your letter requesting copies of our storm water control plans
for the Kersey feedlot, I am afraid I will have to reply that I don't have
any additional copies immediately available.
At the time we made our original application for site approval, we did sub-
mit, in addition to all other necessary plans and information, four copies
of the storm water control system, as well as the general feedlot layout and
other pertinent information. ••I'm sure copies were provided to the State
Health Department, in that it was upon that approval that permit was issued
to us for the feedlot site by the Weld County Planning Commission and the
Weld County Commissioners. With that in mind, I am sure copies must be on
file with your department someplace.
If not, I'will be happy to have• some additional layout plans prepared, but
• 'I must admit that I have lost my draftsman since that time: It would take
us a little while to have some new drawings made. -
Please advise if this will be necessary, and we will get somebody started
on it immediately.
