O of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby accept the dedication of right-of-
way from Harvey D. and Esther E. Mathias covering a certain parcel of land more

Commencing at the Southeast Corner( SE Cor) of said Section 11,
and considering the South Line of said Section 11 to bear North

being relative thereto:
Thence North 90° 00' 00" West, 1788.00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning;
Thence North 01° 44' 06" West, 453.99 feet;
Thence South 79° 35' 13" West, 10.12 feet;
I Thence South 01° 44' 06" East 452.16 feet;
Thence South 90° 00' 00" East, 10.00 feet to the True Point of
beginning. Contains 0.104 acres and is subject to any Rights-
of-Way or other Easements as granted or reserved by instruments
of record or as now exisitng on said tract of land.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That HARVEY D. MATHIAS and ESTHER E.
MATHIAS, being sole owners in fee of and the only holders of liens against the following
described property located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW'iSEI)
of Section Eleven (11), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-Six (66) West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, shown on the attached Map as embraced within the heavy exterior
lines and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said Section 11, and con-
sidering the South Line of said Section it to bear North 90°00'00" West
and with all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto:
Thence North 90°00'00" West, 1788. 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
