RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO NOXIOUS WEED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory
Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Dennie Kutcher to said board, with a term to expire August 19, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dennie Kutcher, be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Noxious Weed
Management Advisory Board, with a term to expire August 19, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of July, A.D., 2020.
