IN PROGRAM: PL 91-79:
Commissioner Harold Anderson offered the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the water courses as situate in Weld County are in need of
debris removal, and
WHEREAS, Public Law 91-79 provides funds for the removal of said
debris from the water courses, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of Weld
County to participate in said program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that a request is hereby made for permission to
participate in the program covered by Public Law 91-79, 91st Congress: for
removal of debris from the water courses within Weld County.
The above and foregoing resolution was seconded by Commissioner
Marshall Anderson and adopted by the following vote:
