RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTH FRONT RANGE WATER QUALITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the North Front Range Water Quality Board
will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Skip Holland to the North Front Range Water Quality Board as a Regular Member, with a term to
expire December 31, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Skip Holland, be, and hereby is, reappointed to the North Front Range
Water Quality Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of December, A.D., 2020.
