GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to behaa diiaas follows, to-wit: Commencing at c.tosed the northwest corner of :action w and northeast corner of Section c, Township 5, Range 59, and extedding south for one mile to the south- west corner of section 2 and th Southeast corner of Section B. Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width. We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said Countyof , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for,viz.:# No changes recommended. We the undersigned viewers recommend that roads herein described be granted as prayed for in ip petition. To correct apparent error in description of road prayed for we do hereby recommend that the road described as commencing at S. W. corner fir, of section 35, T. 10, R. 60, East to the S.
