The Board of Weld County Commissioners requests that the
Greeley City Council forego its normally assessed sewer,
water, .drainage and building permit fees when Weld County
applies for building permits for the Weld County Recrea-
tion Building, the Weld County HeaZth Department Building
and the proposed County Services Building because of Greeley's
and Weld County 's ,joint interest in the construction of
these facilities.
