COUNTY OF WELD ) NOTICE OF HEARING
IN THE MATTER OF COMPLAINT
IN RE:
HAROLD REESE and
FRED REESE
855 Sunrise Highway
Lynbrook, New York 11563
WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted June 26, 1968 by the Board
of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, the area described
as follows:
The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E 1/2 SE 1 /4)
of Section 10, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of
the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado,
was changed from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District
with certain conditions, and
WHEREAS, it had come to the attention of the Board that said
conditions had not been complied with and that the former owner had
sold subject property, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted June 13, 1973, the Board did
extend the present zoning of "C" Commercial District to June 1, 1974
on condition that the present owners of the land proceed with due
diligence to effect development of the area so re-zoned; otherwise, that
the Board would, for good cause shown, on its own motion revert the
area to its original zoning, and
WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the facts and circumstances
surrounding the delay in the matter; and it has been made to appear to
the Board that no development whatsoever has taken place on or about
subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, you are hereby ordered before the Board
of Weld County Commissioners in the Weld County Courthouse in Greeley,
Colorado, on the 28th day of August, A. D. , 1974, at the hour of
10: 00 A.M. , or as soon after as you can be heard to show cause why
the hereinabove described land should not revert to its original zoning.
