HomeMy WebLinkAbout710397.tiff DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY BELAIR PARK SECOND ADDITION: W- -Section 13, Township 5N, Range 66 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that it hereby approves the dedication of the perpetual right-of-way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public in that subdivision known as Belair Park Second Addition, situate in the West half of Section 13, Township 5, Range 66, West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: A part of Lot 15, Belair Park Second Addition, Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said Lot 15; Thence South 89c 12' 06" West, along the South line of said Lot 15, 114.41 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence along a curve to the right whose radius is 20.00 feet and whose long chord bears North 52° 51' 02" West, 24.59 feet; Thence North 14° 53'50" West, 281.10 feet; Thence South 75° 06' 10" West, 60.00 feet; Thence South 14° 53' 50" East, 281.63 feet to the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of said Lot 15; Thence North 89° 12' 06" East, along the South line of said Lot 15, 77.46 feet to the True Point of Beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake the main- tenance of streets, roads, and right-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider, according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld. The property in question will soon be within the City limits and this deed will facilitate the anticipated improvement district. The City through their Engineer Ed Kelley and our own Planning Commission know of the problem and recommend acceptance. I would also recommend acceptance and recording of the deed.
