SUBJECT: Weld County Vision Care Contract
DATE: January 15, 1973
Dear Mr. Telep:
Please find attached the 1973 Vision Care contract proposed between the
Board of Public Welfare and the optometrists and ophthalmologists of Weld
County.
The funding for this service of $12,000.00 is the same that was approved by
the County Board for 1972. One change in the contract calls for a broadening
out of services to adults in need where funding allows. Other than that, the
contract provisions are substantially the same as those set for 1972.
I am requesting your review of the contract and submittal to the County Board
of Public Welfare for their review and approval.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you for your consideration.
enc.
