RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Aaron Helus to said board, with a term to expire September 30, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Aaron Helus, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Fair Board,
with a term to expire September 30, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 2020.
