I, JAMES H. SHELTON, being the duly elected, qualified, and
acting District Attorney in and for the Nineteenth Judicial District in the
State of Colorado, do hereby appoint WILLIS K. KULP, of Greeley, Colorado,
as a Deputy District Attorney in and for said Nineteenth Judicial District,
said appointment to commence on the 1st day of February, A.D. 1970, and
to continue during my term of office, unless sooner terminated; and I do
hereby request the Judges of the District Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
District to fix the compensation of said Deputy District Attorney at the sum of
Seven Thousand Dollars ($7, 000) each year, to be paid in twelve equal monthly
installments out of the general fund of Weld County, Colorado.

We, the Judges of the District Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
District of the State of Colorado, do hereby approve the appointment of
and fix the compensation for the services of WILLIS K. KULP as Deputy to
the District Attorney of the Nineteenth Judicial District, as Seven
Thousand Dollars ($7,000) per annum, to be paid in twelve equal monthly
installments out of the general fund of Weld County, Colorado, beginning
February 1, 1970.

do hereby approve the salary of WILLIS K. KULP as Deputy District Attorney
of the Nineteenth Judicial District of Colorado, at Seven Thousand Dollars
