by two different parties - a Lawrence 0. Jones owned 80 acres and Matthew
J. Parent and Norma L. Parent owned the adjoining SO acres. Theme two owners
offered their properties s9 ucl3ateral for Loses. Both of theme owners
defaulted on their Lamas forting Thomas V. Cummins and Mildred V. Cummins,
joint sinkers of these loans to forolose Wherein the District Court in
and for the Cewmty of Veld, State of Colorado, via Action No . 80 CV 430
inane the Lletawdt Judgement Against Lawrence V. James and via. Action No.
80 CY 429 against Matthew 3. Parent and Worn L. Paerent.
