RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, May 24, 1971,
at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the chambers of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing
a petition of Rocky Mountain Enterprises of New Jersey, c/o of Doug
Sears, Agent, 1212 - 8th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, requesting a
• change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "E" Estate District,
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was not present, and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld
County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, that the petition of Rocky Mountain Enterprises of New
Jersey, for change of zone from "A" Agricultrual District to "E" Estate
District, said area being more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of
Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said
Section 16 and considering the East line of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of said Section 16 to bear North 00° 02'
43" West and with all other bearing contained herein
relative thereto; thence North 00° 07' 43" West, along
the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said
Section 16, a distance of 837. 34 feet to the Northeast
Corner (NE Cor) of West Ridge Second Filing, said
corner being the true point of beginning; Thence along
the outer boundary of said West Ridge Second Filing by
the following four (4) courses and distances South 89°
52' 13" West, 275. 50 feet; South 57° 27' 20" West,
488. 89 feet; South 90° 00'00" West, 275. 00 feet; North
00° 00' 00" East, 90. 00 feet; Thence South 90° 00' 00"

curve to the left having a radius of 700. 00 feet and

1. That any water and sanitation facilities to be installed
shall be approved by the State Health Department.
2. All applicable subdivision regulations and zoning regulations
shall be followed and complied with in accordance with the Zoning
