RE: APPOINTMENT OF JANET WARWICK AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Selena Baltierra will no longer be employed with the Weld County Clerk to
the Board as of February 1, 2020; therefore, a need exists to appoint another Deputy Clerk to the
Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it is the
desire of the Board to appoint Janet Warwick as a Deputy Clerk to the Board, effective January 16,
2020, and to discontinue the appointment of Selena Baltierra, effective February 1, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Janet Warwick, be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk to the
Board, effective January 16, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of January, A.D., 2020, nunc pro tunc January 16, 2020.
