FYI . . . here is the notice that will be in the paper with the hearing dates .
Planning Commission is Oct 20 at 12 : 30pm
Board of County Commissioners is a 10 : 00am 00am on Nov 4
We also need to notify the mineral interests on the property of the request and hearing dates.
I believe the only lessee is Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore . I would check with Glenn and
Karen to see if they own all the mineral rights, or if there ' s another owner that we should be
notifying.
