in the Weld County Records , Dated April 23 , 1973 , Reception
#1611821 , Book 690 , a copy attached hereto and made a part of
this resolution .

We have finally completed the R.O.W. portion of the road extension on County
Road 31 south of 20th Street.
We expect to begin construction as soon as the power lines,, etc. are moved.
It is my understanding that in our previous negotiations we agreed to move the
chain link fence over for you. If this is also your understanding would you
please get in contact so that we can begin?

Dear Mr. Chapman,
In accordance with the stipulation contained in the deed granted to Weld County
by Colorado Interstate Gas Corporation, this letter is to serve as notice we do
intend to start construction on a portion of County Road 31 south of 20th Street
west of Greeley. A more specific location would be along the common line between
the NW4 of Section 15 and the NEf of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West.
I am also enclosing a copy of the First Replat of the Second Addition to Highland
Hills. Kindly note the 70' easement granted therein.

As you know we have been trying to open County Road 31 south from 20th Street
south to the intersection with 59th Avenue.
We have finally garnered all necessary right-of-way for the project and we would
like to start construction as soon as possible.
Unfortunately several of your poles are going to have to be relocated. I would
appreciate you;giving this matter your immediate attention.
I am enclosing a copy of the plat for your R.O.W. purposes. Kindly let me know
if I can be of further assistance.

COUNCILMEN The City's administrative staff reviewed the above

PUBLIC WORKS DEPT. 2) There should be no access onto 20th Street at the
location of Fairway Lane.
3) Lots 1 through 9, Block 17, should not front onto
20th Street.
4) A 20 foot service road should not be provided
adjacent to 20th Street.
5) Lots 1 through 9, Block 17, and Lots 1 through 4,
Block 18, are demensionally unbalanced (70 x 180) .
The sizes of these should be reconstructed to pro-
vide more useable lots.
It is the recommendation of the City' s administrative
staff that this plat not be approved.
