RESOLUTION
DIVISION OF LAND N0. 1471-32-4-RE-59
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 66 WEST, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, SECTION 32
PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E-1ZSE4) :
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1471-32-4-RE-59 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
That part of the East one-half Southeast one-quarter of Section 32,
Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado,
described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner said Section 32,
thence N00°00'00" E on an assumed bearing along the East line said
East one-half Southeast one-quarter a distance of 1815.00 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence 889°44'40" W parallel with the South
line said East one-half Southeast, one-quarter a distance of 1325.63
feet to a point on the West line said East one-half Southeast one-
quarter; thence N00°07'20" W along said West line a distance of
825.70 feet to the Northwest corner said East one-half Southeast one-
quarter; thence N89°38'10" E along the North line said East one-half
Southeast one-quarter a distance of 1327.57 feet to the Northeast
corner said East one-half Southeast one-quarter; thence S00°00'00" W
along the East line said East one-half Southeast one-quarter a
distance of 828.23 feet to the true point of beginning.
Except R.O.W. for the Fulton Ditch as now constructed .
Contains 24.879 Acres more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 1471-32-4-RE-59, for recording.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
