Hello Chloe:
The new property owners and I have been communicating and they have elected NOT to maintain a liquor
license. Therefore, I would like to, pursuant to your email to me, allow the license to time-out and we will no longer be
selling beer, wine and or spirits. Thanks so much and let me know if there is anything you need from me.

It was nice speaking with you today, Tom. Now that you no longer have possession of your liquor licensed
premises, you can either surrender your licenses to Weld County and the Colorado Liquor Enforcement
Division by mailing them and the attached form to the address below, you can transfer your license to the new
owners prior to your license expiration date of April 24, 2020, or you can respond to this email indicating that
you would like to allow your license to time-out once it expires and you will not be selling/serving alcohol in the
meantime. Once speaking with the new owners, please let me know how you would like to proceed.
