RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES FOR ACCOUNT NUMBER R7102198 - GARY BUCHHOLTZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 21st day of September, 2020, deemed it advisable to continue the Petition for Abatement or Refund of Taxes for Account Number R7102198 to October 7, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., at the request of the petitioner, Gary Buchholtz, to allow him to be present, and WHEREAS, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 7th day of October, 2020, at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Pro -Tern Steve Moreno, and Commissioners Scott K.
