Lupton location on April 14, 2020. The economic impacts of COVID-19, the reduced price of oil, the shutting in of wells, cessation of drilling activities, and the recent discontinuation of work plans for at least 6 months by CES' customers in the Denver-Julesberg basin, has resulted in a combination of unforeseeable business circumstances combined with the natural disaster of COVID-19. Thus, we cannot provide 60 days of notice but are providing as much notice as reasonably possible. Because this is a layoff, employees may be eligible for unemployment compensation benefits. Employees are being directed to gain more information on such benefits and other resources available for workers that is available at www.coloradoui.gov. If you have any questions or want additional information concerning this matter, please contact Fawn Anderson, HR Manager at (303) 654-8431. Sincerely, Jeff Wright VP of Operations 18302 Hwy 392 Greeley, CO 80631 (P) 303-654-8431 (F) 303-654-9209 CoMIAuA; c - onS 61/2.242..0 2020-1143 Hello
