RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Adjustment will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Bruce Johnson (Associate Member At -Large) to said board, and to reappoint Lonnie Ford
(District 3) and Kathryn Wittman (At -Large) to said board, all with terms to expire July 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bruce Johnson, be, and hereby is appointed to the Board of Adjustment,
and that Lonnie Ford and Kathryn Wittman, be, and hereby are, reappointed to said board, all
with terms to expire July 31, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of July, A.D., 2020.
