As a qualifying urban county, Weld County will be entitled to receive funds for three consecutive fiscal years starting in Federal Fiscal Year 2021, provided funds are appropriated by Congress and the county submits its plan by August 16 of each year, and regardless of changes in its population or boundary nor population changes in any communities contained within the urban county during that period.
