Gesick, Clerk to the Board WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RE : NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCLUDE PROPERTY PLATTE RIVER METROPOLITAN DISTRICT Dear Commissioners : Pursuant to Section V(A )(4) of the Service Plan for Platte River Metropolitan District (the "District"), the District is required to provide 45 days ' prior written notice to the Weld County Board of County Commissioners in the manner specified in § 32- 1 -207(2)(b), C . R. S . before including any property into the boundaries of the District. The purpose of this letter is to provide notice that the District has received the enclosed Petitions for Inclusion of Property attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Inclusion Property") and will consider such inclusions at a public meeting of the District if the County approves the inclusions . Pursuant to § 32 - 1 -207(2)(b), the Board of County Commissioners is not required to conduct a public hearing to approve the inclusions but may do so at its own discretion . Please note that the petitions are signed by one hundred percent ( 100%) of the owners of the Inclusion Property .
