RE: APPROVE RESCINDING RESOLUTION #2020-3238, DATED NOVEMBER 2, 2020,
CONCERNING CANCELLATION OF BOARD MEETING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2020-3238, dated November 2, 2020, the Board approved
cancellation of the Board of County Commissioners meeting scheduled for December 2, 2020,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to rescind Resolution#2020-3238,
dated November 2, 2020, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and reinstate the Board meeting scheduled for December 2, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Resolution#2020-3238, dated November 2, 2020, concerning cancellation
of the Board of County Commissioners meeting, be, and hereby is, rescinded, and the meeting
for December 2, 2020, be, and hereby is, reinstated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of November, A.D., 2020.

RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING
SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 2, 2020
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners will not be present at the
meeting of December 2, 2020; therefore, the Board deems it advisable to cancel said meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Board meeting of December 2, 2020, be, and hereby is, canceled,
