AND NOTICE OF FILING PETITIONS FOR EXCLUSION
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LITTLE THOMPSON WATER DISTRICT, AND
TO ALL OTHER PERSONS TO WHOM MAY BE INTERESTED WHO SHALL APPEAR
AND SHOW CAUSE IN WRITING WHY THE PETITIONS SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Little
Thompson Water District which will be held at the Little Thompson Water District Office at 835
E. Highway 56, Berthoud, Colorado, on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. at which
meeting the Board will consider Petition(s)for Exclusion by the following individual(s)and legal
description(s)in the Little Thompson Water District of their property petitioning for inclusion:
