A public hearing was conducted on January 15, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated August 30, 2019, and duly published
September 4, 2019, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted on October 9, 2019,
to consider the request of Daniel and Janna Miller, for a Change of Zone, COZ19-0002, from the
R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zone District to the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to November 27, 2019, to allow
the applicants adequate time to complete the Conditions of Approval, and record the plat for
Resubdivision, RES19-0008, and again to November 27, 2019, to allow the applicants additional
time to record the plat for Resubdivision, RES19-0008, which is contingent on the results of a
soils test and the revision of the Drainage Report. On November 27, 2019, the matter was
continued again to allow the applicants adequate time to record the plat for Resubdivision,
RES19-0008, which is contingent on the results of a soils test and the revision of the Drainage
Report. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant and staff are
requesting a continuance to allow the applicant adequate time to address drainage issues that
are prohibiting the recordation of the plat for Resubdivision, RES19-0008.
Kelsey Bruxvoort, AGPR0fessionals, represented the applicant and reiterated the reason for
continuance request.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
There was discussion among the Board about possible continuance dates and they decided
to continue the hearing to April 1, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.

' Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Daniel and Janna Miller for a
Change of Zone, COZ19-0002, from the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zone District to the C-3
(Business Commercial) Zone District, to April 1, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. to allow the applicant
adequate time to address drainage issues that are prohibiting the recordation of the plat for
Resubdivision, RES19-0008. The motion was seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:08 a.m.
This Certification was approved on the 20th day of January, 2020.
