Bids were received and opened on May 21, 2020 for B2000091 Cisco Unified
Communications maintenance and support. Five (5) bids were received ranging from
$39,597.08 to $142,300.00. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. The lowest bid submitted
by All About IT Inc. does not meet the minimum specifications. Zivaro, Inc. out of
Denver, CO submitted the next lowest cost solution of $103,995.01 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2000091 Cisco
Unified Communications maintenance and support to Zivaro, Inc. for a total amount of
$103,995.01.
