RESOLUTION
RE: AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND U. S. DEPARTMENT OF
LABOR, MANPOWER ADMINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an emergency unem-
ployment situation exists in Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Labor, Manpower
Administration, has submitted an agreement and application for
funds under the federal Emergency Employment Act whereby
federal funds may be made available to Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, believes it to be in the best interests of
Weld County to enter into such an agreement on the basis
recited therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that the agreement sub-
mitted by the United States Department of Labor, Manpower
Administration, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference, be, and it hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby
is authorized to execute the agreement as submitted and to
make the same effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th
day of September, 1971, nunc pro tunc as of August 20 , 1971.
