RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile Community Review Board will
soon expire, and a vacancy currently exists on said board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Yvette Guthrie, Rebecca Wyperd, Victoria Moul, Sarah Babb, and Darelene Deichert to said
board, all with terms to expire November 1, 2023, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Kristen Ogren to said board as the Citizen -Regular position, with a term to expire November 1,
2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Yvette Guthrie, Rebecca Wyperd, Victoria Moul, Sarah Babb,
Darelene Deichert, and Kristen Ogren, be, and hereby are, reappointed and appointed,
respectively, to the Juvenile Community Review Board, all with terms to expire November 1, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of November, A.D., 2020.
