DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1061- 15-3-RE89
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 68WEST, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, SECTION 15
South Half of the Southwest Quarter (Sz SWq)
WHEREAS , on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Conmission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 1061-15-3-RE89 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County , Colorado .
Said division of land determined to be exempt
from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 15 , thence
North 00'10 ' 41" East along the West line of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 15 , a distance of 1 , 324 . 06 feet to
the Northwest corner of the South half of said Southwest
Quarter ; thence North 89°20 ' 18" East along the North line of
the South half of said Southwest Quarter 2663 . 07 feet to the
Northeast corner of the South half of said Southwest Quarter;
thence South 00°09 ' 55" West along the East line of said
Southwest Quarter 1 , 333 . 45 feet to the South Quarter corner
of said Section 15 ; thence South 89°44 ' 34" West along the
South line of said Southwest Quarter 2 ,663 . 27 feet to the point
of beginning . Said tract of land contains 81 . 234 acres and is
subject to rights-of-way for a county road on the West side of
said tract and Colorado State Highway 56 on the South side of
said tract .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a
division of land determined to be exempt from the definition
of Subdivision No . 1061-15- 3-RE89 , for recording .
The above and foregoing resolution was , on

In Re: Cecil Carlson--Application for recorded
exemption of S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Sec. 15-4-68
I am enclosing the original of the corrected survey entitled
Recorded Exemption No. in connection with the above
application together with three blue line?! copies which I have
just received from Mr. Greer of Hogan and Olhausen, P.C.
Also enclosed is a letter from Little Thompson Valley Water
District signed by Lovilo Fagan indicating that a tap will be
furnished to the larger of the two tracts as requested.
I hope the Health Department has made their report by now and
if there is anything further I can do to expedite this matter,
please let me know.

Dear Mrs. Lee:
In re: Cecil Carlson - Application for recorded
exemption of S1/2 of SW1/4 of Sec. 15-4-68
Since your phone call I have been in contact with the surveyor,
Mr. Greer, told him what was needed and also told him if he had any
further question to call Joe Hollowell of the County Attorney' s
office in Greeley. He is supposed to let me know and to give me an
original plat which I told him should be for a recorded exemption
rather than minor subdivision application.
I have also called the Weld County Health Department and asked
them for a statement suggesting that they check the existing septic
system.
I also called Little Thompson Water District and asked them
for a statement that they have available an additional tap for the
land being sold by Mrs. Carlson; Mr. Fagan said he would write such
a letter and send it to me.
I am also enclosing our check for $52.00 and if the plat comes
out in a form which is going to require two pages to be recorded,
we will remit an additional $2 .00 . Thank you for all of your trouble
and cooperation in trying to get this matter lined up. I had relied
on Mr. Greer making the kind of a plat that would be required from
Stewart Title Company, file the claims and pay whatever fees were
necessary upon completing their certificate to be filed with the
application. I hope to get this promptly worked out with your help.
