MEMBER, WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH:
WHEREAS, a vacancy does now exist on the Weld County Board
of Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Dave Werking be
appointed to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Dave Werking of Greeley, Colorado, be
and he is hereby appointed for a term of five years, beginning as of May 24,
1974, and ending May 23, 1979.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote: 1/ C /y
