In Compliance with an act of the laws passed at an extra session of the Thirteenth General Assembly of tie State f Colorado , entitled, "Revenue " to pro- vide for the better assessment and collection of revenue , etc . ( See Section 110 Page 104 , Session ; Laws of 1902 ) and in accordance with the reports of the State Board of Equalization for the year A. D. 1902 , the following distribution of mile- age and valuations thereof of the several railway , Telegraph and . Telephone lines , • Sleeping and other car companies is hereby ordered made to the several school dis- tricts and Municipal Corporations within the County of Weld , and entered in the record of the proceedings of this Board and a copy thereof to be , furnished to the County Assessor to be spread upon the assessment roll of said Weld . 0ounty, for the year A. F w The Statement of the Superintendent of poor showing the amount expended for the relief of poor for the month of June was presented, examined and on motion approved and ordered placed on file. w { ' Report of the superintendent of the Hospital for the month of July A. D. 1902 was presented, examined rand on motion ordered approved and placed on file . IN THE MATTER OF COUNTY CLERK' S '.) SEMI-ANNUAL STATEMENT. The County Clerk presented the semiannual report for the six month ending June 30th, A. D. 1902 showing the financial condition of , the County, together with the _standing of the several state , county, school districts and town funds , and after carefully examining the same, it was on motion ordered approved and the portion usually printed was ordered published, and the statement in duplicate,. showing the stanct- ing of the several state funds was ordered signed by the Board and one copy thereof placed on file and the other one forwarded to the AUDITOR OF STATE.. ' IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFERRING FUNDS. County I It appearing to the Board that an overdraft exists in the General fund, wand there is a balance to the credit of the Contingent fund in the sum of $3 , 123 .72. , a., After due consideration it was on motion ordered that the County Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to transfer to the General County Fund the bal- ance now to the credit of the Contingent fund for the purpose of reducing the overdraft qi44 ° now existing in said General County fund. IN THE MATTER OF JUDGES' OF ELECTION IN PRECINCTS No. 9--21 and 32• It appearing to the Board that Peter Brown, Jr . of Pleasant Valley PRECINCT No. 9 and FRANKLIN BE MAN of N. E. Greeley Precinct No . 21 have declined to serve as members of the Board of Registry and Judge of a lect ion;and thak Thos . Griffith of Erie Prect. No . 32 cannot act as such on account of having his resi- dence in Prect . No . 8; therefore it was on motion ordered that the following named per- sons be and they are hereby appointed as Judges of election of their respective election precincts to fill the vacancies caused by the resignation of the above named persons, vis. Eaton carne• before the Board and presented a report of The Weld County Vis-iting Committee signed by themselves and three others being the Committee appointed by the Judge of the County Court to visit the County House and investigate the sanitary condition of said institution and Lake report County the Board of County Commissioners of their findings , and they , after carefully , in- vest igat_ing the same1 report it as being an unfit place for any s.ic. { patient to go into , on account of having no sewer connections and the inadequacy of the water supply etc .
