A petition signed by S. B. Cleveland and numerous others, preying for tho laying
cut of a public road described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the South-east corner of the Rortheast Quarter (HBO) of 'Y'`
Section Twenty-sit (26) Township Five (6) Range Sixty-four West; thence one -Si,-,.'
mile east to the Southwest corner of Northwest Quarter (BID of the same �`-
section, the same being a proposed road directly, through the center of
Section Twenty-six (26) Township Five (6) Range'8izty-four (64). . w
was presented to the Board when the following action was taken and entered of reowrd, ',5; !S`
to-wit:
It appearing to the Board that the right of way fro the line of road prayed
for is not all granted and W. H. Cleveland having deposited el6.00 to pay the expense
of viewing in case said road be not granted, on motion it woe ordered that Commissioners
F. L. ?aware, Dan C. Straight, Wm. A. Car'-es be and they are hereby appointed viewers
to meet at the starting point at 2:00 o'olook P. H. Wednesday, the 26th.day of April,
1928, and view the line of road herein prayed for and file their report thereon, as
required by law, with the County Clerk ten days before the next regular meeting of the
