No.. ._ 1596219 n Sporn.., Record** RESOLUTION 3 -/ O% RE: VACATING A PART OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 35 BY QUIT CLAIM DEED TO PRESENT OWNERS. c BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of C'•• Weld County, Colorado, does hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed as requested .ini by the present owners, thereby vacating a part of County Road No. 35, shown on recorded plat as Parcel "A" and more particularly described as r4 follows: A sixty foot (60') highway right-of-way located in the Southwest i i Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW4NW4) of Section 24 and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEA'-NEB'-) of Section 23, all in Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described N as follows: c Beginning at the West Quarter Corner (W-'- Cor) of said Section 24, and considering the South Line of Northwest Quarter (NW4) of said Section 24 to bear South 89° 44' 08" East with all bearings contained herein being relative thereto: Thence North 89° 51 ' 16" West, 30. 00 feet; Thence North 00° 14' 02" West, 445. 07 feet; Thence along the arc of a nontangential circular curve to the left having a radius of 1050. 00 feet, a central angle of 11° 18' 35" an arc length of 207, 26 feet, and a chord that bears South 17° 05' 22" East, 206. 92 feet; Thence South 00° 14' 02" East, 247, 50 feet; Thence North 89° 44' 08" West, 30. 00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
