RESOLUTION
RE: PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE FROM AGNES WILLIAMS
WHEREAS, heretofore and on March 17, 1971, by Resolution of
the Board, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, did enter into an Option Contract Agreement to purchase
160 acres of land for gravel purposes from Agnes Williams for the
total purchase price of Sixteen Thouand Dollars ($16, 000. 00), and
WHEREAS, the Board is now desirous of exercising its option
to purchase said land in accordance with the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, hereby affirms and ratifies
the Resolution of March 17, 1971, concerning the purchase of said
property and that payment for same be made in accordance with the
contract.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of May, A. D. ,
1971.

Re: Option to Purchase Real Estate
Agreement between Agnes Williams
and Weld County, Colorado.
Dear Tom:
Enclosed please find copy of Resolution passed by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, signifying its
intent to exercise its option to purchase the land described in
the above mentioned Option Agreement and described as follows:
The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section One (1), Township
Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the Sixth
(6th) P. M. , Weld County, Colorado.
I trust that pursuant to contract you will have the Warranty Deed
properly prepared and executed including all supporting instru-
ments for placement into escrow pending payment by the County
of an additional $9, 000. 00. Payment of the balance of the
purchase price will be made pursuant to contract.
Closing of this transaction, pursuant to contract, at the earliest
convenient time will be greatly appreciated.
