ACCEPT MINOR SUBDIVISION N0. 1207-19-3-MS-18
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 19,
TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972 the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado, to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording Minor Subdivision No. 1207-19-3-MS-18
as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado.
Said subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land 23.96 acres more or less, situated in the Southwest
Quarter of Section 19, Township 3 N, Range 68 W of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Southwest 4 of Section 19;
Thence South 810.00 feet along the West Line of said Southwest a to
the true point of beginning, Thence South 510.00 feet along said West
Line, Thence East 1650.0 feet at a right angle to the West Line of
said Southwest 4, Thence North 660.0 feet parallel to the West Line of
said Southwest 4, Thence West perpendicular to said West Line of
Section 19, a distance of 1350.00 feet, thence South parallel to the
West Line of said Southwest a a distance of 150.0 feet, thence West
300.0 feet to the true point of beginning. Said West Line of the
Southwest a of Section 19 used as North 00°00' East. All bearings
used hereon relative thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat for recording of Minor Subdivision No. 1207-19-3-MS-18.
The above and foregoing resolution, was on motion duly made and seconded,
