No. RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 26, 1973, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of Amoco Production, Denver, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "I" Industrial - District to "A" Agricultural District, of a parcel of land described as _ follows: i Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE41-SW4NE '-1) of Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the Sixth P. M. , •-i Weld County, Colorado, containing 10 acres, more or less, and, WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, being represented by Mr. John Lang, Senior Petroleum Engineer for said company, and WHEREAS, there was no one present in opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, said area, being a small parcel of a large tract of land, was re-zoned from "A" Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District, on or about November 12 , 1969, by resolution of the Board of Weld County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission, by resolution dated November 6, 1973, has requested and recommended that this area be rezoned Agricultural, as originally zoned, and WHEREAS, the said Board has carefully considered the petition, evidence, testimony and recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission, and given the same such weight as in its discretion deems proper, and is now fully advised in the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Amoco Production, Denver, Colorado, for re-zoning of the hereinabove described property from "I" Industrial District to "A" Agricultural District be granted and that said area be, and it hereby shall revert to Agricultural District, as originally zoned.
