ACCEPT GRANT OF EASEMENT
AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, SECTION 24 Ptn:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the grant of easement and right-of-way
presented by Ernest B. Scott, Roger D. Sears, and Dean H. Avers
be and it is hereby accepted, said parcel of land is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the East Quarter Corner of Section 24,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado; thence North 00° 16' 30" West
a distance of 1976.9 feet, more or less, to a point
on the East line of said Section 24; thence North
89'53' 40" West a distance of 30 feet, more or less
to the true point of beginning; thence North 00°00'20"
East and parrallel to the East line of said Section
24 a distance of 343.235 feet to a point; thence
south 89°59' 21 " West a distance of 19.96 feet,
more or less, to a point on the East line of said
Section 24; thence South 00° 00' 20" West a distance
of 343.235 feet, more or less, to a point on the
East line of said Section 24; thence South 89°53' 40"
East 20 feet, more or less, to the true point of
beginning.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following

GRANT OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY
r- KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That ERNEST B. SCOTT,
rn ROGER D. SEARS and DEAN H. AVERS, all of Greeley, Colorado, for
c the consideration of other valuable considerations and Ten Dollars in hand
paid, hereby sell and convey to WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, the rights
0 of way for a public highway over and across the following real property
ni situate in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:

verdict in a proceeding under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn said
strip of land for a public road.

Gentlemen:

Delivered herewith is a GRANT OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY
describing a parcel of land situate in Section 24, Township 5
North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian conveying
said Easement and Right of Way from Ernest B. Scott,
Roger D. Sears and Dean H. Avers to Weld County, Colorado.
Said GRANT OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY is dated September 1 , 1973•
It is agreed to and understood by the parties hereto that the
effective date of delivery of this instrument is the same as the
date of said instrument, that being September i , 1973.
