LLCn:�/ ''Y"!sv f E .... e...._..Q IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION TO OPEN ROAD: Commissioner Magnuson offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, a petition, signed by two-thirds or more of the free holders adjoining the County road between Sections 20 and 21 in Township 7 North, Range 65 West, requesting that the said road be opened has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it appears that the necessities of the public require a county road as above described. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that that portion of the county road described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 65 West and running due north to the north east corner of the same section, being one mile in length and using a strip 30 feet wide in section 20 and 30 feet in Section 21. This road would remove the last closed section between Colorado 255, and US highway 14, 11 miles due north; Weld County assumes no responsibility for building ditches and fences. GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows,to-wit: Commencing at The south—east corner of section 20, township 7 north, range 65 west and running due north to the north—east corner of the same section, being one mile in length and using a strip 30 feet wide in section 20 and 30 feet in section 21. This road would remove the last closed section between Colorado 255, and ITS highway 14, 11 miles due north.
